  Coffee is almost always burnt and has to be replaced. Drive thru is slow as molasses in February. The staff seem to be unhappy, and crabby, not even a thank you! Going inside is just as bad, you actually see the employees constantly breaking safe food handling practices....gross!! I never get food from here. Last week was my last coffee at this location. I prefer the one in Schomberg!

  Parking in that plaza is limited which makes the drive-through terrible. Cars in the parking lot trying to use the other stores make it difficult to enter the drive-through because they cut through the drive-through. Sometimes it's a traffic jam and I just go to another Tim Hortons down the street! Service during the week is good and staff are amazingly pleasant and accommodating when it comes to special requests. I'm usually there 3 to 4 times a week I live in the area.

  Definitely the WORST run Tim Hortons there is. They once ran out of steeped tea. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!?! They also never have hash browns in the morning, or their ice cap machine is out of ice, or they are out of something else. You never end up leaving this Tim Hortons with what you actually went for.

  Slow service, drive through line was out to the street and walk in line was out the door. Only 1 cashier working the registers and my food order was incorrect.

  Coffee is always burnt.They are out of food by 10 pm not even cold drinks just burnt coffee. They are always short staffed so the people that line up inside don't even get looked at.
